With a full zip solution, these pants can easily be put on and taken off without removing your shoes/pants, and the zippers on the side are coordinated so you will not use valuable time trying to match them up. It compresses into a packable pocket on the thigh, which makes it super easy to bring along. The shorts have a technical fit yet fit over pants or shorts. It has an above-knee cap length and a quilted front around the hip flexors to lock the insulation in place in this area and achieve natural folds.
