We ship clima neutral via our shipping service provider or forwarding agency (e.g. bikes). The shipping cost will be displayed automatically after entering your delivery details. Please note that any kind of customs duties, taxes and fees (outside the EU) will have to be paid by the recipient. The shipping costs, do only cover shipping and packing. Bulky loads (such as for large fitness equipment, table tennis tables, etc.) can only be dipatched within Germany and Austria. Deliveries might be notified -by phone, especially when fulfilled by a forwarding agent (e.g.: when bikes are being dispatched). So please provide a valid phone number when placing your order.

You will find an indication of the current delivery times for each item. Please note that the delivery times for bicycles, on the part of the shipping company, can be delayed due to weekends or holidays. In addition, Saturday is not considered as a working day by our shipping and forwarding service providers. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the transport times of your delivery.
